In this course students will learn the basics of network analysis and trouble shooting. A variety of tools and trouble-shooting methods will be introduced to provide hands-on experience.
The course content will be approximately 50% theory and 50% practice.

Pre-requisites

Attendees should have a working knowledge of:

► Basic TCP/IP
► Routing and switching concepts
Helpful, but not required:
► Experience in trouble shooting computer- and basic networking problems.
